Special Messages based on card position:

In the first position: Part of your lesson may be in how well you handle the outstanding degree to which you succeed – how you handle wealth or it could concern how you succeed without abundance.

In the second position: Resources may be so strong or prior physical success so great, that it may be somehow counter productive for future needs.  Resources may be inadequate or inappropriate for present/future needs.

In the third position: A delay on a major new project necessary; be patient.  Difficulty with completion to standards.  The type or level of success will be less than expected.  Prepare/accept – success surpassing expectations presents its own set of problems.

In the fourth position: Drawn to success for the sake of success or may be subconsciously drawn to failure, as a negative misunderstanding of the positive role of passivity.

In the fifth position: Procrastinating a new beginning or delaying a completion.  Check timing.  Could be starting too soon or finishing too late.  Not content with basics of situation – there is a possible flaw in your material/physical plans.

In the sixth position: How to handle frustrations with material Plane or difficulties with new beginnings? Careful not to make your creative, emotional standards unrealistically high or your material appetite too large.  Don’t compromise your standards either.

In the seventh position: Fear of a new venture – of success.  Problem with things never being good enough.  Difficulty/fear of getting started.  Also difficulty with completion, especially to a standard, most likely your own.  Unreasonable fear of the earth plane, of the environment, nature, animals, elements, rudimentary spirits.

In the eighth position: Less success, less good health, less rewards than you would like.  New beginning on hold, perhaps blocked or success could so far exceed expectations as to bring its own circumstances to handle.

In the ninth position: Present physical situation, plans or outcomes, may be offering some distress to the heart.

In the tenth position: A delay in the future is necessary on a major new project – be patient.  Difficulty with completion to your standards.  The type/level of success will be less than expected.  Success surpassing expectations presents its own set of problems.

John, when you read the cards, you will experience emotional responses to each sentence. Ignore the sentences which do not produce an emotional response and pay attention to the ones that do for they are meant for you. Example: That doesn’t apply to me at all – then ignore it. Wow, you hit the nail on the head with that statement – pay attention, that one is for you.

Even though I don’t no how to apply some of your meanings to my readings I find your site fascinating and refer to it often.
Hate to ask what’s probably been asked before but: why are the reverse and upright major arcana not in their numbered order?
